The employees were super helpful! I could not have asked for better or more personal service. I had just moved to Japan and was having a very difficult time even beginning to rent an apartment. There are many hoops to jump through if one knows anything about getting an apartment in Japan. They would respond to my emails very quickly and would personally call me to check in. Great company!
